The meeting of the Technical Committee for the Development of Halal Standards of the Afghanistan National Standards Authority (ANSA) was held today in the technical meeting hall of the authority, with the participation of the committee's officials and technical members. The meeting was attended by the Chairman of the Halal Committee, and other relevant members.

🍽 During the session, the standard for "Special Requirements for the Implementation of SMII 1 (Halal Food)" was discussed. This standard pertains to locations where halal food and beverages are stored, prepared, and distributed.

📝Throughout the meeting, a comprehensive discussion took place on the technical, jurisprudential (fiqhi), and practical aspects of this standard, and effective suggestions were provided for its finalization.
